Spirit House Yoga presents a new, unique (and free!) class, "THE GITA HOUR". Beginning Sunday, July 18 through Sunday September 19 from 4-5 PM. Think of this class as a Book Club for yoga- each week we will cover and discuss two chapters of the classic Indian text the Bhagavad Gita. This is one of the cornerstone texts of yoga, where Lord Krisna teaches Arjuna, (the hero of the story) about yoga. It is a short book, with 18 chapters, and its message is beautifully timeless as well as applicable to living in today's world. So get reading! Spirit House Yoga will be hosting Certified Anusara Yoga Teachers Todd Norian and Ann Greene for a 3 part, 4 1/2 day training designed for aspiring teachers and yogis who want to deepen their practice. During each module, you will dive deeply into the essence of the Anusara method in which the art of the human spirit powerfully blends with the science of biomechanics.
All three parts offer a comprehensive understanding and embodiment of Anusara Yoga.
Each module is 35 hours and builds on the previous session.

Credit will be given for the completion of ANY Anusara Immersion taught by a Certified Anusara Teacher offered Internationally.
Part Three - September 24 - 28, 2010 - Prerequisite: Completion of any Part 1 and 2 Immersion.
