Spirit House Yoga will be hosting Certified Anusara Yoga Teachers Todd Norian and Ann Greene for a 3 part, 5 day training designed for aspiring teachers and yogis who want to deepen their practice.  During each module, you will dive deeply into the essence of the Anusara method in which the art of the human spirit powerfully blends with the science of biomechanics.
All three parts offer a comprehensive understanding and embodiment of Anusara Yoga.
Each module is 35 hours and builds on the previous session.
You may resgister for each module separately or take all three.
Credit will be given for the completion of any Anusara Immersion taught by a Certified Anusara Teacher offered Internationally.

Part One -    April 7 - 11, 2010 - Prerequisite: 30 hours of Anusara Yoga.
                                                     Martha McQuaid is the ONLY qualified Anusara
                                                     teacher   in Oklahoma.

Part Two -    June 25 - 29, 2010 - Prerequisite: Completion of any Part 1 Immersion.

Part Three - September 24 - 28, 2010 - Prerequisite: Completion of any Part 1 and 2     Immersion.

Additional costs include accommodations, transportation, meals and required books.
The schedule for each day is generally 8:30 - 12:30 and 2:30 to 5:45.  The last day ends at 12:20 pm

You MUST have 30 hours of Anusara yoga classes from a qualified Anusara teacher.  In Oklahoma City, that means Martha McQuaid ONLY.  The workshops that we host and have hosted in the past do count towards your 30 hour pre-requisite.  Please keep track and document.  Martha will review each and every application for acceptance into each immersion.  These five day immersions are NOT a teacher training.  This program is limited to 40 people only and it WILL sell out quickly.
